Will Vale change my live store?
No. Vale builds a brand new theme and leaves it unpublished, so the store your shoppers see stays exactly as it is until you choose to publish.
Do I need design or coding skills?
No. You answer a few questions, and you can change any text, image, or color afterward in Shopify's theme editor.
Does Vale write reviews or invent claims?
Never. Vale only shows reviews your real customers wrote, and it only states shipping, returns, and promotions you give it.
What happens if I cancel Vale Pro?
Your themes stay in your store. Pro tools like upsells and reviews pause, and you can come back anytime.
